Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization Program Information Session

The McMaster University Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization program is a Level 3 entry program that offers advanced training in the biomedical sciences complemented by fundamental business training.  It is designed for students who have a passion for science and an interest in business. Students apply to the program after completing at least two years of university coursework.  Second degree and international students are also eligible to apply.  The application deadline for Fall 2018 is February 1st, 2018 (http://bdcprogram-mcmaster.ca/apply/).  

There will be an information session on Monday, October 30th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in MDCL 3020. Pizza and pop will be provided. Faculty, staff and current undergraduate and graduate BDC students will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have. For those students that are unable to attend the information session on October 30th, but would like to learn more about the program, please e-mail: bdcprogram@mcmaster.ca.

deSCIpher: McMaster University Life Sciences Challenge

deSCIpher is a McMaster-wide event in February 2018 that will feature teams of 3-4 students competing against each other to test their knowledge of various disciplines in the life sciences, including Psychology and Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Immunology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Genetics. Apply for Student Financial Aid & Scholarships (SFAS)

Student Financial Aid & Scholarships (SFAS) McMaster is actively promoting our awards by application for the 2017/18 academic year. Award information is available now on Mosaic in order for students to begin to plan and prepare their application packages for Travel & Exchange, In-course, and Graduating student awards.

They will be holding an Awards Information Day on Monday October 16th, 9:00am -2:30pm. SFAS staff will be available for questions and to help students navigate online aid by application.
